Passivhaus planning application submitted (Added 30/01/15 )

Latch has now submitted a planning application to build four one bed houses on land at 1 Leopold Street. The houses will be built by Latch to Passivhaus standard, drastically reducing carbon emissions and the cost of heating the properties. You can view the planning application here.
