Businesses join forces with Latch (Added 5/06/23 )

We are grateful to all new businesses that are supporting Latch as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility programmes. JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle – a global commercial real estate services company) are helping us locate long-term empty properties. We hope that they can also assist us with other pro-bono support including undertaking stock valuations, providing principal designer assistance and condition surveys for Latch properties.

JLL have kindly introduced us ‘Bewonder’ Marketing and Design Services who are helping us promote our charity work. Optima Legal will hopefully provide pro-bono property conveyancing services to help us purchase new properties. We are also thrilled with funds raised by Dowsing and Reynolds lighting and interior design services and producers, donated by staff sponsored for the Total Warrior event in July at Bramham Park.

A Ton of Tiles

Our property services team were kindly gifted over one ton of high quality tiles from local tile supplier InterCeram. This very generous donation has already saved us money in tiling a bathroom renovation and will continue to be a source of good quality materials we can draw from in the future for kitchen and bathroom renovations.
